I have a quick question. I am going again this August and I am planning to visit Universal for a day. I do not rent a car when I go. How hard is it to get a cab at night to come back to Disney from Universal.

Are there plenty around, or will I have to call on my own.

You shouldn't have any trouble at all. Usually, there are several cabs available at the entrance to all of the parks.

I think the cab fare would be pretty expensive. I believe that some of the town car companies offer one-way and round trip pre-arranged service between WDW and Universal. It might be a better price and would provide some assurance that your ride would be there for you.

Thanks, does anyone know how much it will cost from Pop Century to Universal and back.

We used the towncar service to and from the airport on our last trip. We didn't travel to Universal, so I can't comment on the price of a cab there and back. We did use a cab to go to AK. (DH refuses to ride a bus) It was quite easy to get a cab.

I thikn it's pretty easy to get a cab, but also I think you can arrange one. Theonly thing is that the whole thing is pretty expensive. The best you can do is to order your Universal tieckets before you go, and save a few dollars that way. I think they are offereing a deal for $86 for week long park hopping.
