How hard is it to get to Cape May Cafe Breakfast from POP?

Interesting thread. We are going to a 9:45 a.m. breakfast in August at Cape May and it's a day that Epcot is open early. For some reason, I was thinking that we could look around Epcot for an hour and then take a boat over to Cape May (yeah, confusing Epcot with DHS in a fit of insanity). And I just realized that although a boat does go from DHS to Epcot - stopping at the Beach Club, etc. - it ends up at the World Showcase rather than the FutureWorld part. AARRGGHH.

So I guess we'll get to DHS for the show and morning RP, maybe see if we can get a FP to TSM, and then head over to Cape May for breakfast via the boat. Seems to me that last year when we took the boat from DHS to Epcot, it took a while to get there - so I guess we should allot about 20 minutes to get to Cape May?
