How fast is the drop on Splash Mtn ?

How fast (mph) is the 52 foot plunge through the briar patch - down Spalsh Mtn ? Would it be like 15 mph....40 mph... 60 mph ...?

I have counted the seconds on the TV travel show - looks like 5 or 6 seconds from top to bottom of the drop.

Anyone have an idea of the speed ?

52 feet over 6 seconds equals roughly 187000 feet over 3600 seconds (1 hour). 187000 feet is roughly 35 miles, so roughly 35 mph.

The guides tell you the top speed is 40 mph - making it the fastest "roller coaster" in MK.
