How many of the on site properties will end up hosting DVC purchases? If they can<t expand OKW or BWV or WL, were do they go if the public demands-AKL?

Your guess is as good as mine. My guess is that what's announced will be it. If not, expect the next one after BC to end later, or have some special perks to entice new owners.

They will almost certainly continue building new hotels as long as people are willing to buy them. The question is, when will the market for new DCV units dry up?

Dean makes a good point- as the number of years left on the contract declines, new DVC purchases become less of a good deal. Still, we are most likely a decade or two from where this is going to matter to new buyers. Disney could sell out a lot of new DVC hotels in that time.

I have been wondering if Disney might counteract this law of diminishing return by building in increasingly desirable locations. Maybe people would be willing to buy points at the Polynesian or Grand Floridean, say, even if there are fewer years left to use the points.

Who knows. But given that DVC is one of Disney's most profitable divisions, I think that it is unlikely that they will stop building units as long as they can find buyers.
