How far (time-wise) is Universal from WDW resorts?

I am trying to plan what time to catch a taxi from the French Quarter in Disney to Universal in the morning. Thanks!

It was about 20-25 minutes from Pop to the Universal garage.
I'm not sure about the FQ.

FQ is a bit North of Pop, though it's not as close to I-4 as Pop Century.

On light weekend traffic it should take you no more than 15-20 minutes to get there. During the week with rush hour traffic I would give it at least 10 minutes more.

If you're going by cab, naturally you don't want to go to the garage itself. Have the cab follow the signs to the Valet Parking rotunda and you'll be dropped off right by the Citywalk multiplex (though I'm guessing they have a more convenient drop-off).
