How far out to book Kyriad?

The Kyriad prices for 2 nights in June next year are pretty good everywhere just now at £140 total (2 adults)
Is this the best price I will get for the Kyriad or is it possible that it could get cheaper nearer the time?

I got our 1 night for £40 for 4, think I booked that around June/July this year for October.
I'm expecting that it'll be room only, no breakfast.

£140 isn't bad for two nights. The price is more likely to go up than down, so if you're happy to pay £140 I think you should go ahead and book it.
