I thought for resort guests it was 60 days? We will be staying at OKW May 31-June 5 and according to "my disney experience" app its only letting me book 30 days in advance, next week will be my 60 day window? Does anybody know why it would be doing this?

I see the same type of thing. I am guessing when you hit 60 days the duration of your trip just opens up?

It may be a glitch on the site in preparation for offsite guests being able to get FP+ 30 days out. Prior to my window opening up last month, it said 60 days. If you hit the 60 day mark and still can't get FP+ reservations, I would definitely call.

I did call and because I am an annual passholder I cannot book until 30 days out, I thought that no matter what if you are staying onsight you can book 60 days out...I got one of those books in the mail from disney that says starting April 1 I can book Fast Pass reservations, I guess not :( So upsetting, its like you get penalized for being an AP holder.....there won't be anything left by the time i book our FP's.....

Really?
That's crazy!
I'm an AP holder but I am staying on property and thought I would be able to start booking on Sunday (60 days out)

You are still 64 days or so from your check-in date. Once you reach 60 days from check-in, you will be able to make FP+ selections for your stay.

From the 'MyMagic+ for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders' page:
For the first time ever, Disney FastPass+ service enables you to reserve access to select attractions, shows, Character Greetings and parade and firework viewing areas. All theme park Guests—including Annual Passholders—can now make same-day, same-park FastPass+ selections at our in-park FastPass+ kiosks.

If you are an Annual Passholder, you are also invited to plan 7 days of FastPass+ selections within any 30-day period—for 1 park per day. Your 7 days don’t have to be consecutive and you can plan for an additional day as soon as one of your existing days has passed.

You can choose up to 3 FastPass+ experiences per day up to 30 days in advance of your visit—so you can relax and enjoy the moment with your family and friends, knowing that some of your must-do attractions and entertainment are all set.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can make your FastPass+ selections up to 60 days prior to check-in. Plus, you may hold FastPass+ selections for up to 7 days or the length of your hotel stay—whichever is greater!

I was a-ok with AP holders only having a 30-day FP+ booking window if staying offsite or making a day trip. However, I think it's totally craptastic if AP holders cannot book FP+ 60 days in advance if they're staying onsite... just because they're AP holders. No bueno. If staying onsite allows FP+ booking 60 days in advance, then it should be for all onsite guests. Hopefully it's just a glitch with the new roll-out, but I'm not holding my breath.

Read my post just above yours. I have a stay beginning May 20 and once I reached 60 days from check-in, my FP+ booking window changed from 30 days to 60 days.

THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH Erionm for posting that, I couldnt find any information anywhere on the policy for on site + AP......You have made my day....I was so upset after I hung up with her....if staying off site then yes I could understand only having a 30 day window but because I am a resort guest i feel like I should also be able to book 60 days out....I will just wait until next week and check on my 60 day window...thanks again

Hmm. Please let us know what happens on April 1st. Hopefully it does just work like it should? I guess the question here is linked tickets vs AP.

Oh ok great! So sounds like it just works. Guess this would be true for AP and regular tickets. I wish they had a page that said on x day you can start to book fp+ or a count down in x days you can make reservations. Right now it just leaves me scratching my head.

I did, thank you. With regard to the OP, it wouldn't be the first time a CM gave inaccurate information! :thumbsup2
