how far off to set the closing date on resale?

My vero will be sold tomorrow so I need to get my "ducks in a row" for the transfer company I have to put a date to close by on the purchase and sale agreement. I figured ROFR can take a month and then like two weeks for the paperwork so should I say 45 days? Or would it be wiser to just say two months to give that extra wiggle room? Last time I sold the resale broker handled everything this time around it is a bit different.
