How far is the Nick hotel from Universal and Sea World?

I am thinking of staying at the Nick Hotel the night our cruise returns to port and spending a day at Universal or Sea World to end our trip.

Are there better hotels, distance wise.... we won't have a car and would LOVE to stay close enough to walk. Your thoughts? Thanks, Kim.

Probably about 15 minutes to Universal, less than 10 minutes to Sea World.

The Nick Hotel is closer to Disney than it is Universal or SeaWorld.

If you would like a hotel that is within walking distance to Universal, your best bet is staying at one of Universals onsite Hotels - Hard Rock, Portofino Bay or Royal Pacific. Unlike Disney, Universal's hotels are right there at the parks, no need for bussing. Also, the hotels offer a boat ride to City Walk which is where the entrances to IOA or Studios is. So you can either walk or take a boat but from what I understand, walking is usually quicker. AND, if you stay at one of the onsite hotels, you will get front of the line access to all rides at the parks.

If you would like to stay within walking distance to SeaWorld, try Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld as they are across the street from SeaWorld & adjacent to Discovery Cove
