How far is Tampa from WDW

If I we were to fly to Tampa instead of MCO, how much further away is it??? I would MISS the mini monorail at the airport though my 4 year olds Favorite ride in the whole trip I think.......[

Takes about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Not a bad ride, just have to take I4

You will not miss the mini-monorail at Tampa airport, both Orlando and Tampa have the same monorail type system. We have flown into Tampa many times and then driven to WDW it's an easy trip and can save you money on airfare!

Tampa airport is laid out just like Orlando and has the same monorail system

Well, let's say you do not hit Tampa traffic. From the airport, it's probably about an hour, hour and 15 minutes to WDW. Now if you do hit traffic, and it is extra-bad from the airport onto I4 until you are nearly out of the city, allow at least an extra 30/45 minutes.
