How far is Rose & Crown from A. Gardens Theatre?

I looked at a map - but it looks kind of far...

I have a cp package reserved for the Rose & Crown pub. I have a party of 10 including my senior dad. Our dinner seating is scheduled for 4:40 - our cp show will be the 6:45. I don't want anyone to feel like they have to rush from one to the other - does anyone know if this will allow enough time for those who do better with "strolling" rather than "power-walking?"

(The ps's at the Rose & Crown were all I could get. Had to break up into two parties of four and a party of two as it is).

The answer will probably depend more on how long it takes for your meal at R&C. If you allow an hour and a half for the meal, then you will have a half hour to walk to the show. Seems doable to me.

Depending on how crowded it is, I think you could easily walk from R&C to the American Gardens in about 10-15 minutes max. I would define this as not hustling, but not stopping to admire sights along the way either. If you want a leisurely walk with a little bit of time before the show, leave yourself a half hour and you should be fine.
