How far is it from the bus stop at Carib Bch to the Skyliner station?

I’m thinking of taking the bus from TTC to CB in order to be able to take the Skyliner to the Epcot World Showcase. I’ve never been to CB and I’ve heard it’s big. Does anyone know how far it is from the bus stop to the Skyliner there?

CBR has a bus stop for each of their villages. If you get off at the Jamaica stop, it's just a short walk.

I'm not sure if there's a sidewalk along the road, though.

Is this just to be able to ride the skyliner???? I dont see any other reason to do this. Just do you know this is going to eat up a lot of your day (at least an hour if not 2). Is there a bus from the TTC to CBR or are you talking about the MK bus stop? If you are at the TTC, then why don't you just take the EP monorail or bus?

The reasoning was that some members of my party cannot walk long distances and if you take the bus or monorail to Epcot you have to walk through future world before ever reaching the world showcase. I thought if we could take the skyliner not only would we get to experience it but it would put us right at the world showcase (and the reason for visiting Epcot). However, if walking at CB was as bad as walking all the way from the bus/monorail through future world then why bother. Hence, my question regarding the resort which I have never visited.

I see, yes CBR is huge and you will still have to walk a decent distance to the skyliner then the skyliner to the back EP entrance. Your closest option to the back gate would be a bus to BC then walk from there. Your walk is going to be the same probably though if you would just have walked from the entrance to WS.

Riviera would be a better option for this. I'd probably say Pop or AoA is a better option, too.

You could drop your party off at the DHS area next to the Skyliner then go park your car at Hollywood Studios and meet up with your group... taking the Skyliner to EPCOT from there. There are no buses from TTC to CBR by the way, you would have to take the ferry /monorail to MK to grab a bus.

I hadn’t thought of BC but that’s a very good suggestion. Thank you.

I had thought of CBR since I thought it was the hub for the two skylines systems. Going from Riviera wouldn’t we have to change gondola lines at CBR, anyway?

Not to Epcot.

The Skyliner to Epcot passes from the CBR hub through the Riviera station, but you don’t have to get off. That would only be if you were coming from Pop/AoA or DHS and transferring.

Someone already answered but there are actually three routes that use CBR has hub:
CBR <--> Pop/AoA
CBR <--> DHS
CBR<-->Riviera<-->Epcot
Therefore, you actually pass through Riviera on the way to Epcot and people can get on/off there.

Isn't there a bus stop at the Skyliner hub station at CBR? Or is it just for the internal CBR bus system?

Skyliner bus stop is special and only available when Skyliner is down.
There are 8 bus stops, picking up in this order- Martinique, Old Port Royal, Barbados, Trinidad North, Trinidad South, Jamaica, Aruba.
Jamaica is nearest to Skyliner.

There are actually only 6 bus stops. Jamaica, Aruba, Martinique, Old Port Royal, Barbados and Trinidad. They tore down the entire section that used to be called Barbados and renamed Trinidad North to Barbados. Trinidad South was renamed Trinidad.

You're right. I copy/pasted from a touring plans article and didn't realize it was a little outdated.

That being the case, Riviera sounds like a better boarding station for the sky liner to Epcot than BCR. Thanks for the info. I think we’ll try that.
