How far in advance to book a site for Spring Break?

We have been taking our grandsons to WDW and staying at FW for 3 years now. Our oldest grandson will be in 1st grade next year and will only be able to go during spring break, so as to not miss school.

Because spring break is very popular, how far in advance should we book? We used to go in Jan/Feb and I'd make ressises about 6-7 months out. Now wondering if I need to book a year in advance.

You can't go wrong by making them as soon as you know your schedule!

Agreed. Saves a lot of hassle in the long run. I've already got my calendar marked for the 499 day window to make my ressies for next year.
