How far in advance for dining / tour reservations

Please remind me how far in advance you can make dining and tour reservations.

Our first day in the park is Sunday, December 6 and that will be the only night Fantasmic! is showing during our stay, so I'd like to make Fantasmic! dinner reservations at either Blue Bayou or River Belle (still deciding which one). I also want to reserve the Holiday tour for one of our 4 days, if it is still offered this year. Still debating on a Carthay Circle WOC lunch package. Anyway, I can't remember if they are 60 days or 30 days. Thanks!

60 days for Dining Reservations
30 days for Tour Reservations (remember you will pay upfront for the Tour Reservation)

I made dining reservations up until the day we arrived. No problem with getting in at all.
December is busier so I wouldn't wait til the last minute.

If it's still the same: You can book a month/2 months in advance, meaning - if you want to go on November 10, you can make your reservation on October 10 for tours and September 10 for dining.

Is it 30 actual days, or is it date specific. I want to make reservations for the 5th of December for dinner at BTBB, do I check on October 5th or do I count 60 days back from December 5th?

Count 60 days.

Also, recently they've had issues with dining reservations actually being available at 60 days out. For early October, dining reservations didn't become available until about 40 days out, because they couldn't figure out what the park hours were going to be.
