How far in advance for booking AKL concierge

I am planning a trip for Thanksgiving 2004 and would like to start at the AKL concierge the Friday and Saturday prior to Thanksgiving then move to Saratoga Springs for rest of the week.

I called today to check if I could even make the reservation and I can, but they want $425 + tax within 2 weeks to hold it. I would like to wait until after Christmas to spend that money. Will that be too late to get concierge for the weekend before Thanksgiving?

From other threads, I understand that AP discounts or others that might be available can be applied to the reservation if they come out before the trip, is that correct?

It was a lot harder this year to get current reservations converted to AP rates. We had to try a few times to get it done.

Even travel agents were having problems with the conversions.

You shouldn't have any problems making your pre-Thanksgiving reservation after Christmas though......
