How far in advance do you order groceries?

Just wondering when I should place our Garden Grocer order. Our trip is at the end of June. I was thinking about a week to 10 days prior just to get it out of the way. Thanks.

I think you will be fine 10 days ahead. If they are busy,, they do close delivery dates as they fill up, though. I will be doing mine about 3 weeks prior.

I placed my order a month ahead
I did get to pick my exact delivery time.

I always place mine about one month ahead and have not always been able to get my preference of delivery time.

I actually always place my order 2+ months ahead. And yes it is way too early but 2 weeks ago I placed my order for July 30th. I took my time and was able to get my time slot (ofcourse) with no problem. They were already applied to my disney cc so they will be paid for when we go.

Ohh, It's probably easiest for me to do it this week to get it out of the way...I thought it would be too early. We'll be at BW in 5 weeks but it's the start of the fourth of july week.

So they charge your cc at the time you place the order?

When you register to you use your resort address? Or home address (then specify delivery address somewhere else?

FWIW.....I just placed my Garden Grocer order today for delivery next Sat. and had no problems.

We've never done this before but are staying at Kidani in Aug and I really want to order some items, especially water! Can someone tell me how it works? Do they deliver to the lobby and you meet them, or do you somehow specify the room number once you check in? Is it an exact time for delivery or a range of time? Thanks!

First you will need to register on the site and then it is pretty self explanatory. They will give you an option of two hour windows for the delivery. You do not have to be there when they arrive as they will already have your credit card to charge. They will just drop everthing with the bell services and then you can call to have them bring it up to your room when you arrive.
