How far in advance do you book for Windsor Hills?

We are going May 10-17, 2014. There are so many rentals I am having a hard time making a decision. When should I definately have something picked out?

That's spring break time, my advice is the sooner the better!

That's spring break time, my advice is the sooner the better!

Spring break is in March and April, the large part of it being the couple weeks before Easter and the week after Easter is April 20 next year.I always go in May also and usually book in January.

Eta: there is a poll on the theme parks and strategies thread about when everybody's spring break is.
