How far in advance did you book Radisson shuttle?

I was just curious how far in advance most of you booked your Radisson shuttle. I called Radisson and they said there is no need to book it too far out but I'm worried that our group may not all be on the same shuttle or get stuck on a later shuttle.

How far out did you book and did you have any trouble getting the shuttle time you wanted?

Thanks!

Maybe we were expecting to much from them being they are a Radison and all. We traveled 7/10-17 and arrived late friday night. Lugged our our luggage to our room at 2 am. :( They do put your name down for the shuttle but, it was a mad house and they loaded other people in our spot. So we had to wait for other. They put all our luggage in and then at the port dumped it out in a pile. You have people at the port loading straight from there to the bins. We were trying to count cases because of the confusion earlier. After finding the 1 lost suitcase, we were able to leave for the terminal. Upon our return there was a 2 hour wait to get back to the Radison, we finnally hired a private shuttle for $50.00 to take us back to the hotel, we then had to lug our luggage back to the room . The bell men also drive the shuttles. I am hoping that our experience was just a fluke, but we were not impressed espically for the price paid for the room.

We wanted to be on the 10 am shuttle, so I called and booked it last week for our cruise on 12/18. The first 2 people that I spoke to, told me to call back 1 week before cruising. I wasn't happy with that - so I called again; got a different person and was able to reserve a spot on the shuttle.
