I am taking my wife to WDW in February without our kids. Is it 180 days in advance to make an ADR at Victoria and Albert's? This may be our only time to try this, so I don't want to miss it.

Yes, it's 180 days in advance. When you call the 407-WDW-DINE number, V&A has its own selection, so choose that one. You also have to provide a credit card number when reserving. I think that they charge a fee if you don't show up for you reservation. DH took me in December and it was fabulous! I'm sure you and your wife will enjoy it. :)

Reservations at V&A are "true" reservations and not a priority seating. You are given a specific time (they will seat from 5:45 to 6:30 and again from 8:45 to 9:30) and there will be a specific table held for you.

Also it is not critical to reserve at the 180 day mark. The restaurant can seat 67 people and normaly has about 45 at a seating so it would be extremely unusual for them to be full, even a week out.
