How far in advance can you cancel a trip with full refund?

I am ready to book a trip for November of 2013 for myself, my hubby, and my daughter and her family. The problem is my daughter is not sure 100% if they can go or not. She won't know until much later because she is looking for a new job.

I want to go ahead and book the trip as if we are going, but I want to be able to pull out at the last minute if it doesn't work out. Anyone know the cancellation policy for full refunds??

I'm gonna need all the pixie dust for good luck. I want to take my 2 beautiful granddaughters so badly.

This is for packages. And I thought it was actually 45 days. The deposit on a package reservation is $200.

If you book room only, you can cancel and get a full refund up to 6 days before your trip. The deposit on a room only reservation is the cost of the first night.
