How far in advance can you book resorts and any info on the new Star Wars?

I read somewhere else that you can book Disney resorts 499 days prior. Is that correct? Also, does anyone have a tentative time frame for the new Star Wars resort to be open? Thanks.

Yes 499 for room only and last I heard they have only said "late fall" 2019.
