how far in advance can you book a trip to disney

I was just wondering if anyonw can tell me how far in advance can you book a trip toWDW. It took 3 years to get to disney, our trip is in 1 month and 5 day yeh, but I was wondering if you can book over a year away, that way you can make payments longer?

I book as soon as I know the dates. There is nothing worse than doing all your research and deciding what hotel you want to stay at then you hear the dreaded words....Sorry that hotel is sold out for your dates.

We try to book at least 6 months out....that way we have plenty of time to save.....
