How far in advance can i buy tickets

I am assuming i can buy them up to a year before i use them, but they have to be all used up with in 14 days of first use, correct? I want to add tickets to MDE with my DVC resort info.

You can buy and hold tickets indefinitely before first-use. Most expire 14 days later, the obvious exceptions being APs.

There can also be exceptions for promotions. The current DVC PAP special has to be purchased by 4/30/14 and activated by 1/31/15.

Or two years from now, or ten years from now. You name the number and they will still be good. The time doesn't start until you use it the first time and then if you don't have non-expiration tickets they will be no longer usable after 14 days.
