How far in advance can an owner rent points?

I thought I remember there being a time table for when owners can rent points for a persons stay ? Such and such months at a home resort and so many for a non home resort.
If someone knows, could you please let me know. Thanks!

DVC members may reserve at their Home Resort 11 months in advance and at all other DVC resorts 7 months before the arrival date.
