How far from Disney to Universal?

We're going to WDW in May and I'm thinking about going to dinner one night at CityWalk. How far is City Walk from Disney (we're staying at the Beach Club and renting a car)? Is there admission to get into CityWalk only?

from that exit you're looking at about a 10-15 minute trip depending on traffic. you'll have to pay for parking at UO, which is $9.00. after 6:00 it's free. citywalk is free, unless you want to hit the clubs night night. it's an easy drive.

We had worried about it a bit since we HATE getting in our car once we get to WDW. It was not a bad drive at all.
