Hi all

I am currently at Disneyland  We have just got back to the Hojo and I realised that I forgot to find out how early we have to book in for our Discover the Magic tour tomorrow morning - does anybody know?

I remember being told on the phone to take the reference number thing they gave me to the ticket windows, is that correct, or do I take it to the little tour booth?

Thanks so much

When booking my Holiday Tour, I was told to arrive at least 15 minutes early to the Tour booth(not ticket booth) and that the reference number would be used to check in for the tour.

We were told to go to the TICKET booth, the main ones outside the gates, to get our vouchers for the tour. The vouchers were then turned in at the tour office.

We were told to be there 15 minutes before over the phone, and at the ticket booth that morning she said 15 - 20 minutes early. Our tour was at 12:00 and we got there at 11:40. No one else showed up until about 5 minutes before noon.

That's weird, because when we did the Holiday Tour, I just went straight to the tour office 15 minutes early and they looked me up on the computer and checked us in. But.....I remember being a little panicky because the people that checked in ahead of me turned in tickets and I began second guessing myself on whether or not I was supposed to already have tickets as well. I now have a very strong suspicion that EITHER method will work.

It's so frustrating that DLR makes these processes so confusing and that the CMs often don't seem to be on the same page with their information. We had reservations for Fantasmic Dessert Seating. For that we had to pick up the tickets at Guest Services ahead of time.

If you can buy parkhoppers online and get an e-ticket, and reserve WoC picnics and print your voucher, why can't these special reservations utilize a similar system and eliminate the lines to wait in? Here's what I'd love to see...present your e-voucher (printed from your home at the time of ONLINE BOOKING) for the tour to the tour office and you're checked in....Present your e-voucher to the guy at the podium for Fantasmic seating, he checks your ID and voucher against a preprinted reservation list and you're done.

Don't even get me started about what was involved in trying to redeem our GAD vouchers for special fastpasses and the figurine/pin sets! :headache::headache:
