How far ahead of time can you book P.S.?

We're going the last week of August. When can I call for p.s. at IOA, U.S., City Walk, and HRH restaurants? Also how far ahead does Margaritaville and Emeril's take reservations?

I thought some of the places were 30 days..the ones in the parks. There was a thread from Barry about places to eat and I believe it had the # to call too.

I would do Emeril's right away. I called 90 days out for a reservation for 2, and there were 2 times left, 5:30 and 8:30. This was for early July, so they obviously were taking them before 90 days. I haven't made any others yet.
