How far a walk?

Forgive me if this is a dumb question but this will be our first time to universal. How far a walk between Margaritaville and the Blue Man Theatre? Trying to plan for our meal time before our show. Also while I'm here is Valet parking worth the money. Thanks!!

Its not all that far distance wise, probably quarter to half a mile, but getting through the people, I would allow at least a 10 minute or even 15 minute time just to be safe. Alone I could hoof it in about 4 or 5 minutes probably, but I walk really fast.

That walk is no more than 10 minutes,actually more like 5 minutes!!

Never used valet parking but I guess it depends on when you plan to arrive but the difference in saving time and walking is lost in the context of the overall day in my opinion.

Getting there early can be a bit hit and a miss for parking depending on which carpark the open first thing but only varies by a couple of minutes at the most.

I have walked it and its about 5-6 minutes and just tried to get mileage from local.live.com and its about 3/10 of a mile which would be about right as most people can nwalk a mile in 20 minutes and 3/10 would be six minutes less if you walk faster.
