How easy is it to control 4 separate reservations under one profile?

We're looking at booking a family trip next year, but am going to champion the planning of it.

When I spoke with reservations, they informed me that every room would have to be separately booked - meaning I couldn't book the 4 rooms into one Package reservation under my disneyworld.com profile.

If we were to go that route, where everyone books their own package, how simple would it be to link all the reservations under my profile so I could control all the ADR's and FP+'s and such?

I've added guests to my profile before, but never from existing separate reservations and definitely not since they instituted Magic Bands and new changes to the system.

Is it simple?

We did this for 4 couples with different reservations this past december. Once you invite everyone to join you its very easy to make ADRs and FP+ for all of them. We were lucky because everyone wanted to eat together and ride the rides together. Not much work when everyone does the same thing but it could get complicated if everyone is doing something different. I had a lot of fun planning our days for our group and we all had a great time. I also got alot of thank yous each day for making it so special for all of us!

We are paying for my parents to join us. Two of our kids are staying with Grandma and Grandpa while the other is staying with us. I have both reservation under my profile. My parents reservation is in their name with their information but I made all the arrangements for both the resort and FP+ plus made all the payments for both. We are 42 days out from our trip and the problem I am running into is the online checking. It will only allow us to do online checking for one of the resewrvations. Not sure if this is a glitch in the system or if others have had this problem.

We just booked our trip with my parents. One of my kids is on their reservation. All I did was get their reservation # and add it to my reservations. It popped everyone up and I think I had to add my parents, but it told me to and walked me through it. I'm very bad with computers and it was easy for me, so you should be able to do easily
