How Early to Buy Tickets?

Just found out that we can get tickets at a discount through DH's work. The work website seems to save about $50 over undercovertourist for 3 day park to park tickets ($50 for 4 tickets, not per ticket). Both sites feature the whole, "buy two days get the third free" deal. Is that deal common, or is that something we should go ahead and purchase b/c ticket deals may disappear with the HP expansion? We're visiting the week before Thanksgiving. Not really ready to buy tickets right now, but we could manage it if it would save us some money. Any thoughts?

The buy 2 get one free expires on may 22, meaning the tickets will expire. If you are going in November, the tickets wont be good anymore. It is not a frequent promo, and at this point once HP opens deals will be scarce.

From the Universal Orlando website :
•"Ticket will expire within 14 days of first use or on May 22, 2014, whichever comes first."

Oh Goodness!! Glad I didn't buy them!! Thanks for the info. We will wait, and I will not expect any discount, except maybe the minor one we can get through DH's work!
