How early to book villa?

Going the last week in January and am wondering how early to book Villa in Windsor Hills. There seems to be lots of availability so I am thinking it is better to wait, may get a better deal as it gets closer. I am looking for a 6 bedroom

January is a low month and you probably can wait if you're not fussy. If you don't want a particular home or certain amenities then you should be able to get something last minute. A couple of years ago we got a good deal in another subdivision just a couple of weeks before we left. We didn't care where we were so getting something wasn't a problem.

I'll tell you this...January is slow yes...if you book right before New Years...week after Xmas, would be the best possible time to book, as bookings are VERY slow up until then and owners start to get nervous. Then, right after New Years, we were getting over 200-250 email inquiries a day, it's the absolute busiest time of the year for inquiries for some reason, we were SWAMPED!

Not only were we not offering "deals" at that point, we could barely even respond to the emails we got so many, it was a nightmare! LOL (well..a good problem to have at the time actually!) I was getting a little nervous too before New Years since it had slowed to a snail's pace, but must just be due to the holiday season is all, then it booms again after New Years

Some owners will do deals, some will not. As Sympatico says, if you are not wanting anything specific you could chance it. If price is your main consideration then you will almost certainly find somewhere last minute, if not at Windsor Hills.

We go to WH in 15 days time and I only booked the 3bed/bath townhouse yesterday. Great location on resort, not overlooked etc.
14 nights - $1400 inc. pool heat and crib.
I think that's a good deal
