How early on check in day(on site) can I get my FOTL passes?

I heard they were good for the day of check in and the day of check out. Is this correct?? Also what time can I get them on check in day?

As long its your arrivle date!!Doit @ early as possible...As soon you are registered with room key card and all,you got FOTL!!

We checked in around 9am last time, and got our key no problem. They were more than happy to store our luggage, so we headed straight to the parks with our express pass.
