How early for CP on 12/23?

I'm taking my mom and fiance' to see Jim C. do CP at EPCOT on 12/23 and would like to know how early I should arrive to get seats, any show is fine. Anyone have an ideas.. I know it will be busy.

If you want to use the standby line you should get in line 60 to 90 minutes before showtime. People toward the end of the line may not get in for that show. If you have booked the CP dinner package you have your own separate line. Everyone in this line is guaranteed a seat, of course the closer you are to the front of the line the better your selection of seats will be.

Sounds like you don't have a dinner package, so I would say that close to Christmas, at least 90 minutes. We were at Epcot several nights in the beginning of December and the lines were huge. I know they seat a lot of people, but there were a lot of people who didn't get in. So, I would get there early for sure.
