How early does valet parking open?

I am visiting Universal in December and am interested in using the valet parking. We are early birds and try to get to parks well before they open. We are thinking of arriving around 8:20 on a day the parks open at 9am - it's on a Thursday. I can't find the information anywhere - does anyone know if valet parking will for sure be operating that early? Thanks for your help!!
