How Early Does the Monorail Run?

If I have a breakfast ADR scheduled for The Wave at the Contemporary for 8:00am and I am staying at the Polynesian, will I be able to use the monorail to get to my reservation if the Magic Kingdom doesn't open until 9am?

The resort monorail starts running around 7:00.

That is the normal situation, but currently the Resort Monorail is scheduled to open at 8:30 on some mornings due to "continuing infrastructure work." On those days, buses will be running between resorts to replace the monorail. There should be a sign and/or cm at the monorail entrance when that's the case.
