How early does breakfast start at the hotels

We are going to be on a 3 hour time difference so we will be early risers. I wanted to see how early breakfast normally starts in the restaurants at the hotels.

I can confirm the Coffee House at DLH opens at 6am. It is take out coffee, yogurt, bagels, pastry, etc.
