How early do ticket windows open at Magic Kingdom?

We're headed to Disney World next week and I've managed to snag an 8am reservation at Crystal Palace for our first day.

Our tickets are 'will-call', so we'll need to collect from the ticket booths. Does anyone know how early they open at Magic Kingdom? I figure we'll need to get to the park for 7:40 to get across on the monorail/ferry.
