How early do I contact Itinerary Planning for concierge?

I have booked AKL concierge through my TA but I've read here that I will still need to contact IP directly. I have booked WAY in advance so I'm curious what the appropriate timeline is. e.g. one year before our trip?

You can contact them as soon as you have things for them to do. They can not make any PS's until the 90 day mark, but if you send it in advance, they can send you a tentative plan that they will confirm with you after the 90 day mark. You can also ask questions, get advice.... .just about anything. They sent us park maps and information that I requested in advance.

If you want tickets for La Nouba or PS for any of the dinner shows you may want to contact them right away, as these book, I believe, up to a year in advance
