How early can you rent park lockers?

We will need to stow some things and pick them up later in the day, so if you have an early tour or character meal before the official park opening, can you rent a locker that early?

We had an early seating for CRT, I think 8:40 last year. The park opened at 9:00. We were able to rent a locker when they let us in at 8:20. Not sure if they do this everyday, but we were there in September and crowds were super low, so chances are good.
