How early can you get into EPCOT for breakfast ADR?

What is the earliest you can make an ADR for @ Garden Grill in EPCOT? I made one for 8:10am - i'm not sure if I should keep looking for an earlier one? What would be the earliest that they would let us through the front turnstiles?

Breakfast starts at 8 -- I would think by 745 at the latest

earliest ADR is 8:00. But, they let everyone with an ADR in all together, regardless of the ADR time (as long as the ADR is before 9:00). 7:45 is about right.
