I'm not certain but I'm guessing you could enter at least 30 minutes before your rez time since you're supposed to be there 15 minutes before rez time and they have to allow time for you to walk to your destination.
We have a 8:05 ADR time for BOG in June when there are EMH's for the park to open at 8. So I'm hoping they at least let us in before they start their opening ceremony which I think people said starts about 15 min before opening?
I think it depends on the cast member checking people in. We had a similar reservation time one visit, and they let us in with everyone else around 7:50-7:55 and actually seated us a bit early.

We had an 8:05 ADR at CP, and everyone with an ADR got into one line and no one was asked what time their ADR was, they were just asked their name. We got in about 7:50. I was slightly disappointed because there were A LOT of people walking in at the same time... So much for an empty picture in front of the castle!

And unless things have changed, the restaurant isn't terribly concerned at opening about the exact time of your reservation. They just want to get people seated and the restaurant flowing. So with an 0825, checking in ASAP could have you in your seat by 0815. (Conversely, those with an 0805 shouldn't assume they have preference over everyone else. you need to hustle your way down Main St just as much as everyone else if you want that earliest seating.)

Conversely, with an 8:10 CP res, we had no trouble getting an empty street castle pic despite going in at 7:45 with everyone on the ADR list. But the park opened at 8am that day, so they may well have let less people in early that day depending on the res time.
