How early can I check in to WBC?

I thought we would arrive tomorrow around 3 pm, but it's looking like more of a 10am arrival. Also, my stroller arrives tomorrow morning and I'll need to get it from the bell services. Can I complete the check in paperwork around 10 tomorrow, grab the stroller and leave until around 5:00 pm? Will they give me the key and just activate it when the room is ready or will I have to wait in the line after 3 when check in officially starts? Thanks!

You can check in as soon as you get there. I'm not sure about getting your room assignment/key though. The room has always been ready for us when we arrive early(off season usually).

You should have no problem getting the stroller from Bell services.

We have gotten a room as early as 11:30, but we are VIP owners, so that might factor in. You can check in and drop off your stuff whenever you arrive, and then you just need to get it to your room later. I've never used bell services, as we always get a unit assigned as soon as we arrive, but I bet you can get your stuff delivered for a small fee/decent tip.

We arrived on Saturday the 21st around 930 and were able to check in and a room was ready. We went to the room and had bell services deliver the stroller to us!

We've checked in and gotten into our room by 8 AM...and we are not owners. Admittedly, it was parking lot view...but otherwise a great location. I guess it just depends on whether there is something available.
