How early book Cpt. Marvins and Happy Limo

How far do you need to book in advance for Captin Marvins stingray excursion and for happy limo transport to/from hotel and docks?Do you pay at the time of booking or when you actually use the service? thanks Ann

I booked Captain Marvins at about 100 days out. They take your credit card number as a reservation, but do not charge it until you're there in person (at which time you can elect another method to pay).
