When you have a flight on SW, and you change planes, say in Houston. How is your boarding order determined at that point. Would you check in for 2 different flights? If so, would I need to check in for my flight from Austin to Houston at 6:15am, then check in for the flight from Houston to Orlando at 8:15am? :confused3

When you check in for your first flight, you will get your boarding number for the connecting flight as well....

And you'll be able to print both boarding passes when you check in. Just did it 11/28 and Disney printed them for us and left them on our door 12/8.
