How does this look so far?

We are 26 days away from our trip, and since we are staying offiste, I am just doing FP+ now (1 each night at midnight). 6 out of 8 are scheduled - how does this look (keeping in mind FP availability is fairly limited at this point). Any major change suggestions?

Arrival 12/10 - get into Sanford @ noon - check in rental house @ 4 - hit the parks by 6:30 (i hope!). Magic Kingdom - FP for 6:55 Splash Mtn, 7:55 BTMR, and 9:55 Space Mtn. My only concern here is if we get delayed at all, we'll miss our first FP. But we have other days scheduled at MK.

12/11 - Epcot - 9:35 Test Track, 10:45 Spaceship Earth, 12:30 - Character M&G, ADR for Chef de France @ 2:10

12/12 - AK - 9:40 Character M&G, 11:10 Dinosaur, 1:00 Safari

12/13 - Start day at AK - move to MK when done. FP 7:00 - Pirates, 8:30 Tales with Belle (have never seen this!), and 10:05 Space Ranger Spin.

12/14 - Epcot - 9:30 - Mission Space, 11:15 Soarin', 12:30 - Turtle Talk

12/15 - DHS - 1:35 Tower of Terror, 4:35 - Star Tours, 6:40 - Toy Story Mania, ADR @ Sci Fi @ 2:35.

Haven't scheduled FP for any parades or shows, so those need to be squeezed in. I have two more days to schedule - Magic Kingdom (rope drop arrival - going to try standby line for 7DMT) and DHS (with late night hours at MK if we want to try it, but with a 6:45 AM flight, we may end up going to bed!).

Looks good. You probably won't need a FP on Pirates at 7:00 nor at all for Turtle Talk. That may free you up to use those FPs otherwise.

I think it may be tight to check in and make it to your first FP, particularly if you plan to have any sort of dinner. Since you'll get to Orlando 4.5 hours before check in, can you look into the possibility of an early check in? Even an extra half hour will help. Sometimes if you just show up a little early, they check you in if the room is ready.

Will I really not need a FP for Pirates? I have stood in horrific lines there during past trips. Maybe things have changed?

I know I don't need Turtle Talk, but didn't know what else to pick. If I only choose 2 FP initially that day, will that free me up to try to get another one later on at a kiosk? What I'd like is The Land or Illuminations, but can't pair those with TT or Soarin'.

I am going to see if I can do an early check in, which may not be a problem because I don't think anyone is in the house right before us. My other thought is that we will use that time to stop at the grocery store and pick up drinks, breakfast for the next day etc.

I did go change my splash MTN fp to 8:55, so now my earliest FP that night is 7:55 - gives us an hour more flexibility.
