How does the transfer (of points) transaction work?

How do you do an "instant" transfer. I am looking at doing a paypal payment soon but can't see how to avoid fees after looking on the paypal site.

Careful using PayPal, as per PayPal policy you can not send a invoice for timeshare/real estate transaction. So what you can do send/receive money as a gift to family and friends, recently I had to return money to 4 renters due to same rule, when my account got flagged.

I did this a few weeks ago (I received the money transferred). The person who sends it needs to send it from their checking account rather then have it processed as a credit card payment. (They will not get charged a fee if they do it that way, otherwise there is a charge to them for sending money). I had the money available right away to transfer to my bank account. (It does say pending for a day or two but the money is there to be transferred)
