How does the dining plan work???

Hi, we have the quick-service dining plan and I was wondering how this works in practice.

I know that each person is entitled to a drink, entree and dessert, however is this only from selected items on the menu or from any item? I've been looking at the menu for the resort I'm going to and there's a big price difference for some of the entrees.

There is not a seperate menu, you can order whatever you like.

There are only a handful of exceptions that I can't recall. Something about Via Napoli, and something about the appetizers for two, I think. Someone will be along to clarify.

If you have the quick service dining plan you don't need to worry about Via Napoli., or appetizers.
You get 2 QS credits and 1 snack credit per night per person. You get these all at once and you can use them whenever you want during your trip. They will expire at midnight after you have checked out.

Each QS credit can be redeemed for the following at any participating QS restaurant (which means nearly all of them on property):

Breakfast: 1 entree or combo meal, 1 non-alcoholic beverage
Lunch or dinner: 1 entree or combo meal, 1 dessert, 1 non-alcoholic beverage

Choose any entree or dessert from the CS menu. Price of the item is not a factor.

Children age 3-9 are supposed to order from children's menus, unless the restaurant has no children's menu. Then they can order exactly as guests 10 and over can.
