How Does Rain Effect Rides?

We'll be in the parks during President's Day weekend. There are rain/storms in the forecast. I know the forecast can change between now and then, but if it holds, what rides are typically off-line during storms in each of the parks?

If I remember correctly, the rides that are out in the open do shut down during heavy rain.

Rides that are fully or partially outside will need to close for rain or lightning.

Test Track is the only one I am aware of for rain. Others for lightning.

It kind of depends on how you define "partially outside". I've been at Tea Party in some pretty heavy downpours and have never seen it shut down except once when some of the guests inside refused to exit. Do keep in mind, though, that with physical distancing, your wait in a line can be outdoors for much longer times than in the past.

Rain only test track closes. Heavy rain with lightning everything outdoor closes. It can also close without a drop of rain if there's lighting in a 5 mile radius from the park

Examples of partially outside would be something like Test Track or Splash Mountain.

Also, Test Track will stay closed til it’s deemed dry enough. The problem with rain now is most of the time in line is spent outside. No more crowding against strangers to make it under a roof/overhang. Stores will not change their reduced capacity due to rain. So wear quick dry clothing and be prepared to be wet.
