How can I PM someone?

First, to participate in a private conversation all participants must have at least 10 posts (messages) here on DISboards.

If that requirement is met, then, you have a couple of options:
1) Click on the person's avatar you want to converse with, and in the next window click on "Start a conversation".
2) Hover over your "Inbox" tab in the upper right and click on "Start a new conversation" link there.

There can be up to 20 participants in a conversation (including the conversation starter). The conversation starter can choose whether to allow others in the conversation to invite new participants, or only allow themselves to add others.
