How does park closing work? (Are you rushed out?)

We are going to the parks next week for our first ever visit. Could you guys tell me how park closing time works? I saw the Cinematic Spectacular is scheduled for the same time as park closing so I guess maybe they are lax about getting everybody out the gates super quickly. Do the restaurants stay open passed closing? (Particularly the ones in the wizarding world)

Everything but rides with people on them seem to shut down. We once lingered in Diagon Alley up to 30 minutes (maybe more??) post closing time. Gringotts was still running. But all the shops and food closed pretty promptly.

The ride queues close but everyone on line will get to ride. This can take a long time. The park slowly clears and the six legged creatures come out to clean up the crumbs. I saw them in action on the hip wall in font of the moaning myrtle bathroom one night. Looked like the Mummy ride right before you are spun 180 degrees.

if you are in the ride line and the park closes, all in line will be able to do that ride.

the TM's will close the line entrance when the park closes.
